The site looks nice overall, and I like the colors and photos. It gives a good first impression, but a few pages feel a bit crowded, so it’s not always easy to quickly find what I’m looking for. Overall, I still get a good feeling from it, it just feels like it could be a little cleaner and easier to browse

I tried to place an order, but uh, the site was just really annoying to use. The pages felt clunky, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic things. After a while, I got frustrated and gave up.

I needed to swap the size on my dog’s harness, and it went smoothly. I did have to read through the return info carefully, but customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort out the exchange. It took a few days longer than I was hoping, but I think it was mostly just bad timing on my end because I needed it sooner than usual. Overall, not a big hassle.

I was disappointed with this. I’d only been using it for a few weeks before I noticed it starting to fray, which really isn’t what I expected. For me, it just didn’t feel like it held up well enough

I ordered from bullybillows and, to be fair, the quality does seem good. I don’t really have any complaints about the product itself. Delivery was fine too, not especially quick but not terrible either. My only thing is that for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more worth the money. I’d consider buying again if there was a sale, but at full price it feels a little high to me

The box showed up crushed, and the bag the collar came in was ripped too. The product itself seemed okay at first glance, but the whole thing felt kind of rushed and poorly packed. After waiting for delivery, I expected it to arrive in better shape, and it makes me question the overall quality a bit.

I was disappointed with BullyBillows’ customer service. I emailed them about an issue with my order and it took way longer than I expected to get a proper response. When they finally replied, it kind of felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d written, which was frustrating. I totally understand that mistakes happen, but am I being unreasonable for expecting it to be handled a bit better? The products seem nice, but based on my experience, if something goes wrong, I wouldn’t count on getting quick or helpful support.

They’re still usable and not terrible by any means, but for the price I expected them to hold up a bit better. Good overall, just not amazing.

I bought this harness hoping it would make walks easier, but it was a letdown. No matter how much I adjusted it, it kept slipping around my dog’s chest and never felt like it fit properly. For something that’s supposed to keep a dog safe and secure, that just doesn’t feel right to sell. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought a collar from BullyBillows and at first it seemed decent, but after a few weeks the metal clip started sticking, which was annoying. Then I noticed the D ring looked a bit loose too, and once I saw that, I just didn’t really trust it for walks anymore.
For the price, I expected the hardware to feel a lot more solid. Customer service was okay-ish, nothing terrible, but also not enough to make me want to try another one. The collar looked nice, but the metal parts just didn’t feel reliable to me.

I’m not sure if it was just me, but I had a bit of a hard time navigating it. It took longer than I expected to figure out where things were, and I found myself second-guessing what to click next.

I’m still waiting for my order, and at this point I’m frustrated. I expected things to move a bit faster, so this has been a disappointing experience for me.

I bought a lead from BullyBillows and it’s okay overall. It feels strong enough and looks nice but after a few walks it started to feel a bit stiff and not the most comfortable to hold. The clip works fine so far so no real problems there. For the price I kind of expected it to feel a little better. It’s not bad just average for me

It does look really nice, but my dog keeps sorta trying to wriggle out of it. So it’s cute, just not the best fit for us.

I bought a collar and lead for my staffy, and overall it’s solid. The material feels really strong and the clip locks in securely, so I do feel safe taking him out for walks. Only giving it 3 stars though because the buckle is a bit bulky, and after about a week I noticed a few loose bits in the stitching. It’s not bad at all, just thought it would be a little better for the price!

I ordered from them recently and the brand seems legit. My package showed up fine, nothing damaged, and everything was what I expected. The only thing was the updates were kind of slow, so I kept checking my email while eating cereal like, okay, is this thing moving or not? It worked out in the end though. I’d probably consider buying again, but I’m not 100% convinced yet

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been frustrating. I don’t usually write reviews unless something really bugs me, but I had ordered this while trying to sort out a bunch of other stuff that week, so having to keep checking on the refund has just been annoying. The help around the refund hasn’t been great so far.
